Yo, I've got a real money issue ticket that hasn't been answered for over 2 weeks. Getting fed up.

Hi.

I'm a little upset. I have a ticket that involves a cash shop issue -- merely gifted a wrong item to a friend (default costume item for wrong class.) It's been sitting in their mailbox for over two weeks, and I've submitted a ticket in the hopes that they can swap the item to the proper class, or refund the gift.

15 days is excessive for customer service. Please work better.

I'm a little upset. I have a ticket that involves a cash shop issue -- merely gifted a wrong item to a friend (default costume item for wrong class.) It's been sitting in their mailbox for over two weeks, and I've submitted a ticket in the hopes that they can swap the item to the proper class, or refund the gift.

Im in the same boat, I feel your pain

 

Except mine I just bought Daum cash on the first day the shop was released and it posted to my account out of game showing the purchase then the next day, poof it was gone, Im getting pretty pissed that something that should be an easy fix has been answered twice just to tell me I need to wait longer.

i submitted a ticket about something a really long time ago and i submitted it with the mindset that i wasnt going to get an answer

ill be happy to even get an answer, really.

then i see people like WOW DAUM TWO WEEKS IS A BIT MUCH and im like its only been two weeks man chill

i think nexon traumatized me or something. either way, daum's support isnt that bad imo

You re-traumatized me just by mentioning it.

Three years... I waited three years for a refund on a botched cash purchase. Not to belittle anyone else's struggle, of course. I'm just dead inside.
