I believe it is like 2 players = 60% of the mobs xp, so you can kill with 2 people, only mobs give 60% of their xp. (so a slight xp increase compared when leveling solo.)

3-5 people = 50% of mobs XP. This was changed before to go lower each player in the party, but now its 50% for all members per mob. As you can technicly kill 5 times as fast, but still get 50% of the mobs xp to all members, you can have 250% xp increase in a party of 5 compared to leveling alone.

there are plenty of guides out in the open that tell you how to grind from 1-50 fast.. this mostly is done under optimal settings of you being the only person there. If you really want a way to level your 40 to 50 fast I recommend you check out one of the guides.

the thing with the 250% i dont get...if you say one mob is killed and you get as a member in a grp 50% (so every member gets 50% of the XP the mob normaly would give you if you kill it solo) then its not 250% xp or do i see anything wrong here.

Sure you can kill more mobs if you do it right in a group and so you can have more XP/hour even if you just get 50% per mob ^^ but there you need a good grp that are not hitting all one mob xD (no joke i see this rly often that 5 ppl running in a grp and killing the same mobs rather then killing mobs on their own in the range of the others...)

So with a dedicated group, I would stop around three max four five and almost every area you have lag time in spawns, but anyways even if you only get 50% xp for a mob you would be killing faster then the solo couod, this means more xp per minute, and if you can kill them all with no down time on an area's spawn *optimal situation* you would level in that area extremely fast. If a solo player can't clear the area fast and things start re spawning the xp they would have gained in a group would have been more efficient. The 250% was taking the 50% but accounting for 5 times the mobs in that minute, so when added up if you did kill 5x the mobs the XP gained in that minute was 250% more then the solo.

thanks for the answer, then i was right with the feeling its not 250% if all killing the same mob but it can be 250% XP more then killing solo if the grp is doing it right. (if the group sucks maybe you can level faster solo xD)

I noticed that group xp sucks. The idea is that you group up and everybody fights different spots but stays close enough to get each others exp. In theory that looks great but there are very few spots that allow that type of game play because of the re-spawn rates and the size of the hunting area.

I think if you are with your friends on voice chat then grouping would workout but grouping with random players just kills your exp gain.

I prefer solo at lower levels. Grouping is good if there is a high spawn density and everyone stays within the wifi bar range.
