Despite Posting on the event form (Forum post here!) and filling out the Get Movin! Event follow-up forum, I still have not received my title and other rewards!

Still waiting here too. I did prompt @CM_Jouska a couple of days ago who replied saying he'd look into it so hopefully it will get sorted soon.

I received an answer that because I didn't fill it out correctly I will not receive it (this is after the tickets was 2 weeks old). They left the ticket open so I could reply, which I did, and ..yea still waiting.

Really ? They're that stingy ? Who am I kidding, I'm still waiting also, only thing I did wrong was the way I type server & name, rest of the conditions I followed

@CM_Jouska is this really the type of customer service you want to represent here where you punish players who may accidentally not read all of the instructions for these events ? I mean is it THAT much of a deal when someone enters their info as Server:Name as opposed to Name:Server ? Or doesn't embolden their info ? Or accidentally posts a screenshot with their HUD missing ?

Just give us an Olive branch of goodwill and it will go a long way in helping your provision of good customer service which I know you guys actually do want to provide us with

I am also missing mine. I doubt I screwed mine up, went over the form twice. So far I have not heard of anyone who actually got it from their follow up form.

I just got my title this morning, so I have everything.

This is the third time I contacted support (regarding different issues) and they always end up solving the issue satisfactorily.

I know they're swamped and they can take a while to reply, but they're awesome people and do seem to care about resolving the issue!

Glad someone got theirs resolved, been about a month now and nothing still. I don't know how many times I have to post on these threads to get noticed. Worst customer service I have ever received in any game I have played since 1999.

Logged into game last night, checked my emails due to a few sales, found the emails in there with items, title also available.
