Shop slot number is invalid still not fixed for dutch people

Bug: I cannot sell items to any NPC. It will give the message "The Shop slot number is invalid".
It seems this bug is still persistent for people playing from the Netherlands.

Unsuccessful attempt to fix it:
Changing Channel doesn't work
- Relogging doesn't work
- Switching auto-arrange for inventory on and off
- Manually RMB to sell and use NPC window to sell

I have the same bug, it's very annoying, I cannot sell anything to NPC vendors

It seems only Ziggo has this problem when I ask fellow guildies that are Dutch. I have another provider and no problem. 

Guildies used a VPN to download and install the patch and then switched back to normal. It worked after that.

Using a VPN did not work for me nor my boyfriend unfortunately, we are also Ziggo customers. I fixed my game by copying the Paz folder from the Black Desert Online folder to somewhere else on my harddrive, uninstalling the game, reinstalling it, then copying the Paz folder back into the Black Desert Online folder and run the client for about 5 minutes to apply all the patches. I tried this method on my boyfriend's computer and that did not fix it for him, he's still playing on the old version.

I have the same issue. I have Ziggo. tried everything. Now reinstalling the game.

its not just ziggo, im on kpn and have the same, yet my brother is on the same connection and does not have this problem.

Would be nice if Daum actually let us know they are aware of the issue....

I guess they have several game update servers around the world. Server responsible for NL probably missed the latest patch.

I hope that we are going to get it with the next big update that hopefully will be out soon (tomorrow perhaps? :) )

I got an response, and it should be fixed. It just wasn't important enough to put in the patch notes:

"Greetings Adventurer,

Thank you for contacting the Black Desert Online Customer Support and your interest in the game.

This issue should be fixed during today's maintenance.
Incase you are still getting the same issue, please try deleting the "version.dat" file in your gamefolder to force the game to patch again.

If you have any other issues, or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to re-open your ticket by sending in a new reply to this email.

You could also delete the instal.dat file. Run the launcher if you get 35 gb update, you close the launcher place the instal.dat file back and restart client again.
