I agree with most of the points you listed.  But damn, the game is just too addicting and too fun.

Let's not use the "we" term when posting our own opinion, m'kay? 

  1. Scam. We pay for a product and get a different one (Worser horses / pets from preorder packs than advertised).

You paid for the game, the pre-order bonuses are merely bonuses and if you check their fine print you'll see that there's most probably a clause that states that you are only entitled to said bonuses whilst stocks last or under Daum's discretion. You also had the chance to demand a refund if you were unhappy with the game. Daum can make you sign your rights away or waiver your right to a refund, but it doesn't trump European law. 

  1. Support does not exist. (People are still waiting for a response on 30 day old tickets, no ingame help, no voice support, no live chat).
    I never experienced such bad support anywhere before.
     

All my tickets have been answered within 2 days. Just because you've had a bad experience doesn't mean they have terrible support, just like how if I've had a great experience doesn't mean they're amazing. They've admitted that they didn't expect this many people to play and are working on hiring more staff.

  1. Forum managers randomly close threads by their liking. (Complains / feedbacks / bugs simply getting ignored).

Learn to read the rules mate, just because they're deleting a comment or thread you've posted on doesn't mean that they're biased. 

  1. Informations about the game itself are very hard to find (max tier on mounts / pets). While people actually spend money on it.
    (Yes, some people did try to get their pets tier 5 since there is absolutely no information ingame that you can't get past tier 4.
    We also can't see if tier 7/8 horses are out, people are using real cash for more breeding attempts trying to get one).
    Ingame Wiki needs more updates!

It's called Google, just because you've wasted your money without researching first does not mean the details aren't out there. 

  1. Server seems to be laggy compared to other MMOs. Desynchronization with other players happens often.
    With all the money saved at employees, they could atleast get some decent hardware.

As above, they've stated they're working on improving the servers and hiring more staff.

Bad. Worse. Worst.

And the game isn't even remotely laggy compared to other games. I was marveling at 100+ players all going crazy with abilities on Kzarka without any lag at all. Go try that in ESO and get rewarded with a slideshow.

I agree with most of the points you listed.  But damn, the game is just too addicting and too fun.

I agree with both of these, lol, to some degree. I'm on day 26 waiting on a ticket plus more but I love the game... :S

this was super impressive the first time I did Kzarka. I kept saying there is no way this server can handle this and more just kept flooding in. I'm sure we had 300 people at the end.

I have to contest point 3, as I have never seen a locked thread for no reason. Until now I find our CM and Mods pretty competent, but maybe there could be more of them.

As for point 4, paying in a game doesn't give you the infos in the game, that's why you play it. Do you want all the formula for AP DP as well ? You paid for it tho no ? I'm no against a part of mystery, this makes people who actually explore the world a little more ahead than those who don't take the risk.

Except the horse we paid for wasn't part of the pre-order bonus, it was part of our conqueror's pack. There's a difference between pre-order bonuses and paying for extra items in a package. The pre-order bonuses were: In-game title, outfit, weapon skin, and name reservation. Everything else came as a part of the Conqueror's package. You might say that Conqueror's was pre-order only, but that doesn't matter. It's still extra content that we paid for that wasn't on par with at the very least the $50 package. With that package, you got a legitimate T3, with more than one inventory slots, and two breeding attempts and is also exchangeable. There was no fine print telling us the T5 we paid for would be a limited T5.

1) That or restrictions that were unexpected until AFTER rights to refunds were waived.

2) Yup, still fighting that train. 20 days to get my first response that was not helpful in any way.. and afterwards I had to make a NEW ticket to try and resume resolving this. I paid a fair amount, yet I'm still unable to use anything outside of the the title so far.

3) Don't know if I agree on this one.

4) Discovery is part of the game. I don't agree with this point.

5) I haven't had issues with performance on the server.

I only agree with the first one, maybe a bit of the second one, they should hire some more people for support but thats all, moderators are doing a good job, in any game you have all the info there for you, they already said the max tier horse is t6 and the max tier pet is t4 (that was in the patch notes...) if someone spends money trying to get higher without taking 5 mins to look up the info idk man...

Please pint out where I'm not being respectful and I'll happily edit it out and avoid using it in the future, a generic "be respectful" comment doesn't help as I have no idea of knowing what you consider to be respectful or disrespectful. Not trying to argue here, but I can't try to avoid over-stepping the line if I don't know where it is. Sorry.

Same difference, you paid for the game and rest is merely a bonus. They admitted their mistake and gave players an alternative, they even offered a refund for those who weren't happy. Complaining about it a month after the fact has no place in the argument; it's all water under the bridge.

#2 and #4 are my only beefs.

They seem really understaffed, especially for around launch, and it is stupidly difficult to find accurate information about the game. So much out there is either from other regions, outdated, incomplete, or a mix of all of that. There is something to be said for discovering things yourself ingame, but the lack of information about the game goes beyond that. Even basic information is lacking, for example the official website's game overview page makes zero mention of PvP.

Got a ticket about a broken quest.  No response and 1 month has passed.

It's a shame everyone is having so many problems with this game.

I have had literally 0 issues. Launch went smooth AF, no issues with payment submission, I haven't had a reason to submit a support ticket and I don't really care about things like the Conq T5 horse supposedly being a T3 because it was a bonus item that helped me a bunch when I was first starting the game. Basically I have experienced the opposite of every complaint I've ever heard mentioned here.

This isn't to rub it in, I truly sympathize and feel badly for those who are having a rough time of it. I just don't fall into this "We" that OP is talking about. I'm sure there are others, too.

Conq was 50$ more than explorers package and with that extra 50 you got a costume which was a $22 value, 2500 pearls, 5x more furniture, partial skill resets and dye boxes,  a T5 horse and a 4 day head start. 

But because the T5 horse on the conq package breeds like a T3 horse and only has one inventory slots the whole package wasn't on par with the explorers pack..? 

Yeah... well. If that's how you feel lol

I wish I was in the same bucket. I'd like to use what I should have, even if the horses are T3 after the fact (shady advertising, but in the grand scheme of things, I don't think I'd care in the long run.)
