I switched to my mobile internet and the game runs fine, but when I go back to using my home internet (verizon fios) I start lagging and cant move.

same, east coast fios, same trouble

yesterday I had this problem, went to character select and it was fine.  Today, no amount of char switching, full reboots, etc would fix it.  Deleted cache files, ran the repair utility on the launcher, none of it helped.

in the settings I hit "reset all" and it worked fine until I changed characters and it all started over again.  doing a clean BDO client reinstall now to see if theres any luck.  The east coast fios coincidence is interesting, but ones I reset the defaults in game, it was flawless until I tried to change characters again.

Totally unplayable. Log in. Frozen character. Disconnected from server in a minute or two.

Same here! Fios PA.  It's been happening all day! Sausens killing me because i am lagged and rubber banding.  First time this has happened to me since head start.

Same issue. Same ISP. 

Speedtest.net: 18ms PING, download: 25.9, upload: 26.9... the rest of my interwebz-in-a-box works perfectly. I can play any other game, use any other website.

The fact that the servers and all their channels are still "crowded" scares me a bit on how many people are trying to or actually playing right now. Quite confused as it's a sunday night.

Verizon Fios as well -    Issues  -  Instantly logging in, then DCing.

Spawning with my pets stacked ont op of me unable to move. Then dc's.

I'm Verizon Fios (East Coast if that matters) and i am having the most horrible lag ever on BDO. It NEVER behaved like this before not in any CBT nor ever since day 1 launch. It's completely unplayable for me today.

Also, other games are not suffering from lag, for me. So idk what's the deal...

Same issue as of this afternoon East coast, Verizon FIOS. Can't play due to lag then server kick after two minutes.

Tempted to use a VPN but I don't want to risk getting banned.

Same issue. Disconnects, major rubberbanding and lag that is making it impossible to play. Verizon FIOS in NYC. Has been going on for at least the past couple of hours.

Same issue here for about 5 hours.  Verizon FIOS in Boston MA.  Game is unplayable.  Log in and my character stands still for about 20 seconds and the ruberbandis real.

Same problem, verizon fios.  Everything else works fine though, not sure whats going on.  East Coast
