Hello,

wanted to change my email address connected to my bdo account. I followed all the steps mentioned in https://blackdesert.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207641565-Email-Change

However, it has been almost 4 days now and i didn't get a reply yet. I was wondering how long it will take to change it. Ticket number 114385

Hey guys,

Support is doing his best, but if tagging GM was giving automatic answer the forum would turn into customer support. You'll get an answer do not worry, just be a little more patient. :)

Hi , I hope i did everything right and my email can be changed. Because if i look into my activities i can only see my email that I send to confirm my paypal account not my old request, its confusing.

I would realy appreciate if you look into it  @GM_Caramel
