Making the game Casual - GG, now you can't control any farm area. The only fun part about pvp atm ingame, was players lost something. Now it's just pointless.

Encourging griefing and trolling by players, which was their exact statement of not wanting to happen. Players would die once and would think twice if they want to come back to fight.

worst change to date.

plus i think the players who are currently celebrating don't understand how this will just change the "grief" meta.  I could just lightning chain a group forever without ever killing anyone, i lose nothing when i die, my goal is not to kill anyone it's just to grief and CC them so they can't grind.

Completely ruining one of the core mechanics of the game. You can no longer claim a farming spot or anything related to farming mobs. This also makes the karma system pointless, since you can PK someone and he will still come back to ruin your rotation . Over and over again.

No...No... and again one big NO! Let us fight for our spots, i dont want to play a game where i cannot protect my farming spot, while some 10old kid comes and ks my mobs, imagine if you are playing slow class, like warrior zerker or smt like that.... Rangers and Witches dominance! :)

Srsly DAUM, do not apply this change if you want a healthy pvp.

If you wanna see trolls and kids destroying this game, then yes, this change is perfect for that.

If there is going to be no EXP loss for griefers who cannot respect simple grinding etiquette then there should be no penalty for killing them.

 

Karma system is pointless at this point. Remove karma entirely. It was already stupid when you PK'd someone and they could tear up, and you lose karma.  Basically pay to winning and making you lose karma and go negative.  Now there is no penalty what so ever?

 

There SHOULD be a penalty for people who die from PK.  Or give us a method of punishing griefers.

For those of you excited about this, I know it sucks to be killed whenever you want to farm but thats open world PvP. 

This will cause serious issues in the game though. Prior to this change there was already an issue with people griefing farm spots and making it very hard to farm by spamming tears. Now they can do this for free with no downside. Leaving griefers unpunished ruins what open world PvP and the karma system are made for. 

Most of the time people use flagging to push people out of farm spots. If you farm past 55 you know how much every mob counts and if you have multiple people coming in and killing your mobs it becomes a major loss in EXP. The only way to deal with that was to tag and kill them. This would cause them to lose EXP/Gems while you lose 80,000 karma. Having only 300k karma it was very easy for people to grief you into going red or having to put up with their annoying griefing. 

With this change players who tag to push people out of farm spots still lose karma but the people being killed have no downside what so ever. Sure they still lose gems but they probably don't have gems worth caring about. 

I get it, your argument is that nobody owns a farm spot, everyone deserves the right to farm and its true, everyone does deserve the right to farm. But the PK system is set up so you can claim spots to farm in. Now you can't do that. You have to farm sausan main route with 10 randoms killing every pack of your mobs. And yes, if you don't let anyone else farm there they are your mobs. 

The better players and more skilled players who fight for grind spots deserve those grind spots. The people who do nothing but show up and grief do not. Taking away that downside of griefing players is going to cause a MAJOR issue in this game. 

This change needs to be stopped. It has to go back to the way it was before. Do not drop this, keep talking about it because its a major issue now. Griefing was a major issue before but now its a far greater issue. 

Have fun farming monastery with 30 other players in that tiny little cave.

Agree, but the karma system needs to change. More pvp please.

Before the change people were afraid to pvp or used V+escape to not lose xp.

I actually think this game would be better if there were factions, so this change is a step in the right direction as far as pvp goes.

The only people crying are hardcore PvE heroes who do nothing else but grind all day

Just need to reduce karma penalties aswell now and all will be great

The change is good. Now they just need to get rid of the karma system and the game will be perfect.

Would be an issue for the outlaw village though.

Then there is no punishment for griefing peoples farm spots all day. Really..... Try and farm sausan main with your full party with 10 randoms killing all your packs of mobs. 

Oh wait sorry.... You don't grind, you just gather and RP in safezones.

The problem with the change is that now people can be karma griefed. Imagine you are at your grind spot - other players can come and take your mobs. If you flag up on them and kill them you lose karma but they lose nothing. They can keep coming back and competing for your grind spot with no penalty.

Before pvp fights could be decisive because the loser would mostly have to concede defeat and leave. Now the winner is the only one taking penalties.

He will either drop low enough to lose exp from dying or will leave the spot before that happens.

there needs to be a punishment to dying in pvp or else its pointless.
if you want to implement this than they should remove the karma system
or let us have unlimited wars for less money
or give us a fued system or w/e so we can stop people grieving farm spots

Not sure if you play the same game we do.

If you flag and attack, they are free to kill you without punishment.
