Corrupted Files- No solutions working

I am receiving the corrupted file message that many others are, only none of the proposed solutions are helping. Things I have tried:

Restart computer

Repair (Version.dat)

Check memory (no errors)

Reinstall

Delete corrupted file and redownload (PAD01032.paz)

Run as administrator (launcher and both exes, 32 and 64)

Add to exclusion list for avast antivirus

Disable avast and windows defender

Uninstall avast and MSI afterburner

Updated all network drivers (all up to date)

Ended all programs in task manager to prevent conflicts

 

I have contacted support, giving them my logs, but they responded with the typical response that they send to all messages regarding this error, including things that I have already tried. (I said this in the first message)

 

Any suggestions?

I'm in the same boat. I just bought new entirely new ram and replaced previous and it still does not work. I've also done the suggested fixes found on forums as well as google/youtube.

The sad thing is I've already spent $30 on it, and I no longer have the 14 day withdrawal option. If I can't use the program, I might just mark it as a fraudulent charge and do a chargeback. I just purchased the game, and have spent the last two days attempting to fix it nonstop. I'm starting to think it's not my fault.

CONFIRMED SOLUTION to June 22 Patch Corrupted Files

Search in file explorer every file *.* including sub-folders in the directory

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Black Desert Online\"  for all files dated/modified 6/‎21/‎2016 & 6/‎22/‎2016

Then DELETE the modified/patched FILES 

Re-Run launcher to Re-downloaded The Complete June 22nd patch

Change Region from EU to NA in launcher settings

Run and have Fun Playing Black Desert

The only issue is I completely reinstalled yesterday (june 22), performing a manual installation from the website. Still doesn't work.

I am able to conect and 1 minute later it would simply kick me out. On 2 diferent gaming pc with a lot of ram and grafics. This happen from yesterday patch. 

The service and at least an gm response on this threads after paying for the game is just Crap. 

I also spent 120 euros in perlshop thinking this game would be grate but patch after patch it just dissapoint more and more.

Talking about the European version.

Same. I can log in on two of my characters but not the other. PAD02089.PAZ seems to be my problem according to the client logs. I seem to have tried everything on here including have someone send me an uncorrupted version of the file. Anyone have any other ideas?

been 7hour fixing,looking for everyhing relate to it n still stuck ,cant do anything ,keep getting corrupted

if your using win 10 try turning off fast boot (

go control panel>power options> choose what the power buttons do(left hand side)>change setttings that are currently unavailable>un-tick turn on fast start up.)

reboot pc restart client see if that helps

I submitted a ticket regarding this same issue and this is what I was told to do:

 

To attempt a repair you just need to do the following.
 

  • Go to the Black Desert Online installation folder. (Usually C:/Program Files(x86)/Black Desert Online)
  • Rename the following file: version.dat to config.filecheck
  • Restart the launcher and it will repair your game files

DO NOT START THE GAME YET!

Close the launcher.

Edit version.dat to say 145 (Open the file, check the number and if it's not 145, change it to 145.)

Start the launcher and play the game.

 

It worked and I am not longer getting the error!

I can start the game sometimes, but the lag is insane. I can move for a few meters, then freeze screen. I rarely get the corrupt file error anymore, but that doesn't really matter when the game is freezing.

Can we get some communication on this Daum? I would love to enjoy your game...

Please try the following to resolve the issue:

  • Make sure you have enough free disk space on your HDD/SSD (30-40gb for installer - another 30-40gb for the client)
  • Delete the UserCache folder in "Documents" -> "Black Desert"
  • Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.
  • Delete the service.ini in your game installation folder.

To attempt a repair you just need to do the following.

  • Go to the Black Desert Online installation folder. (Usually C:/Program Files(x86)/Black Desert Online)
  • Rename the following file: version.dat to config.filecheck
  • Restart the launcher and it will repair your game files

Please note that, it's may (re)download a massive amount of data.
